How do you know when your mail is being flagged?

I place an order and its been over 2 months. I assuming that I got scammed or my mail is being flagges...How would you know when your mail is being flagged or whatever? thanks bruthas..

Everyone is way over paranoid with the you Addy will be flagged. What does that even mean? They need a warrant to open your mail. A warrant isn't'; going to be open ended where they can open any package that comes to your Addy. They would need probable cause for every piece of mail.
