    a hello from me again

    hello to everyone here=]

    not sure if anyone still remembers me or anyone i spoke to before still hangs here?

    Ive decided this time to try and get back into the swing of things, im still a 'decent' size but not half as in shape as i was before, when i stop aas, and had a period of no training i obviously lost some muscle/strength

    been thinking about it for ages, i wanna get back into it seriously like i was before...

    bit of a pointless thread etc, possibly to make myself feel good or convince me haha

    anyway i shall be around more from now on=]
