    I F*cking Love Bodybuilding!

The title says it all. 1 Month and 2 weeks (1 week off since I got real sick) into one of Arnold's workout programs and I've gained 13 pounds of solid muscle (I know, some fat too, shh), but it looks like my bf % has gone down as well. My vascularity is great I'm feeling good. I went to that college Boxers and Booty Shorts party expecting to look like the little guy when in fact I was one of the best looking guys there, muscle wise. I mean, I definately wasn't the biggest or strongest, But from the people I saw, I was the most proportioned, muscular, ripped, guy compared to most of them, lol. It was great. Huge ego boost. Only at 163 lbs too! My goal for now is just to hit 180 and I hope I can do it before this next summer. Oh I'm 5'10 btw. Another thing, this guy's picture I had seen on myspace and seen around highschool (now in college of course) looked really big. I thought he was like a monster compared to me. But I saw him at the party and he had more tricep, but his chest was crap compared to mine, it was great! I am motivated off the wall and just need to get my diet in check

Monday workout usually takes me around 2 hours to complete and I feel great leaving.

Dude wtf is your guys' problem? I never said I was huge... I sure as hell am huge as what I used to be, as in going into highschool 98 lbs. I did gain 13 lbs. in this short period of time, I know it can't be all muscle, but I did stop taking creatine for a week and a half and based my weight on that. I mean, I'm only 18, and I just started getting into bodybuilding heavily, don't try to put me down guys crap... Seems like overtraining? Perhaps... But it worked for Arnold and I know it is working for me. I'm doing it for another month and a half and then going to the next program he suggests.

Congrats that your into changing you physique, we all start somewhere, i used to and still consider myself a fat kid. That workout seems quite intense and alot of sets. The first one isnt as bad as I see it split upper body and lower, but the bottom workout is entirely upper body. Not sure if others would suggest this but at the 1 hour mark of your workout try having a small protein/carb meal maybe a good MRP shake to help boost ur workout and prevent some muscle loss as 2 hours of working out is quite a bit and can be more detrimental than beneficial. If your really into it, keep doing it and stay focused, if not all I can say is dont waste other peoples time who are serious about it.
