    Woot! Woot! 295!!!

So on my fifth set of "Bodybuilder" Squats today I managed to bust out 5 reps of 295 lbs. I know that's not a lot compared to a lot of you but I really never did squats in the past and only have been really doing them with my new workout program which I started a month and a half ago. At 163 lbs 5'10"...

Good job. Right now that's alot of weight for meI have not done legs in a while (was up to 375-415 for 8-10) 415 was always the biggest hurddle because of my back ps 415 was when I was on test and worked out everyday strict, couldn't touch 415 at the moment

They go that low! I only just get under the weight and put it back on the rack, I read that works better Seriously I go till I bottom out w/o stress on knees (about 90 degrees) What do you guys do for reps? I usually do about 315lbs to 365lbs for 8-12 reps. I see guys that do 5-6 plates on each side and do it well, then I see idiots that try to do 315 and get fuked up
