Strength Progress
Okay, guy's, I've been working out for 1 month and 3 weeks. I had taken a year off and I had a somewhat good workout program back then but not compared to what I've been doing. I am 18 years old, 5'10", about 163 lbs. now and 10 or less percent bf. And what the weight is on my fifth set (2 warm ups, 1 medium, 1 heavy, one real heavy). And I usually do the fifth set 6 times.
Bench- Starting: 165 Now: 205
Squat- Starting: 225 Now: 295
Bent Over Row- Starting: 95 Now: 155
Shoulder Press - Starting: 95 Now: 125
Curl- Starting: 60 Now: 80
Lying Tricep Extension: Starting: 80 Now: 90
Calves, Abs, and Forearms I do differently. For Calves and Forearms I do 15 reps for 5 sets. I started with 50 on forearms and now am on 70. Calves I'm on same weight I believe but am doing more reps. Abs I have somewhat slacked on... But am doing 100 (5 sets of 20) decline sit ups per leg workout.
