Science Martial Arts?

You know I was thinking, and basically, I believe science could create the perfect martial art. Basically each martial art has been worked upon and improved upon for thousands of years. I believe science could create the best. By examining the human body and calculating each movement, power, speed, etc. you could devise the most lethal martial art. You could find out which punch at which angle at which speed at which power could cause the most devastation. Then they could simulate every kind of possible human movement and create a block for that. Again, how much power, speed, and at which angle would be best to counter an attack from this angle at this speed, etc, etc. Then they could devise the most lethal combos and move on from there. It would take quite a while but I think the end product would be quite amazing.

Yeah all that sounds great, but unfortunately all humans are too different. But now that I think about it, you just described Bruce Lee didn't you?

Agreed. I would rather fight someone that at least knows about fighting as they can be somewhat predictable even if they are better. It is the guy who is crazy, blind with rage, that swings wildly that is hard to have a good offense/defense with and with the possibilty of a lucky shot.
