Well I haven’t been on this site in a long, long, time haven’t replied to anyone’s pms sorry ppl, Nark, ect, ect,

After a mad summer with work at the gym I went and damaged 3 tendons in my hand in a fight at my house!

my hand was in a plaster cast for 6 weeks after surgery, couldn’t train for 16 weeks!

but I did manage to knock out 2 of his teeth lol...... some dude just went crazy In my garden, so I hit him once that was me fvcked for 16 weeks....

and for all the ppl thinking who the fvck is SPG

its not bad there are some big dudes here but still seems like a pretty small community of BBers and a lot of "fitness" types and ppl wanting to "tone".
