    what supplements can i buy for tendons or joints or both?

    Glucosamine & Chondroitin are generally the best non-AAS supplements you can buy/use for improving joint performance!!

    I personally take a G&C supplement twice daily as I have a bad knee!! It does take anywhere up to 6 months to fel the full effects, but thats because its a long term fix as opposed to a short term quick-fix such as deca .

    i would agree, my mother was limping for about a year because of her knee. she feels much better now since she started taking the stuff. no limp and very little pain and it was bothering her for years

    agreed with both...glucosamine/chondroiten...works wonders for my elbows...

    Slightly different formulas, but both have glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate. One has MSM and the other has hyaluronic acid. I didn't check my spelling on these, so don't flame me.

    Ya this is a good idea, using something with glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM will work best. MSM works well as a natural anti-inflamatory and sulfur is very abundent in our body, really helps out to keep it in you.

    glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate is working great for me. I just pulled my bicep tendon a few weeks ago.Now it is starting to get much better.
