Cheat Meal
Just finishing up my cheat meal that consisted of:
10 wings (no breading)
Large Fries
Bleu Cheese Dressing
Reeses Cups (4)
Ice Cream
Not bad huh? I did not think i was going to have one this week but said **** it at the last minute, i have been busting my ass this week training twice a day.
So post up your cheat meal here...lets see who is the biggest pig***No source checks!!!***

I ate 1.5 large thin crust Dominos pizzas this past Sunday. Plenty, but nothing worth writing home about.

come on guys....this was my cheat when I was fat
1 large sub at quiznos (honey mustard chicken), bag of chips, cookie, diet soda
4 1/2 lbs burritos at taco bell
24 reeses cups
8 donuts (apple fritters)
2 pints of ben and jerrys
and some other candy i cant remember.

yea, when i cheat i FVCKIN CHEAT. i'll eat a couple pizzas, 1/2 gallon of ice cream, and a whole loaf of bread made into PBJ's and then lay around and complain about how bad my stomach hurts and how i cant breathe.

i ususally dont cheat like that, that night got a little bit out of hand because i havnt had a cheat in a couple of weaks and i had been working long hours, doing cardio in the mornings, working out, and eating clean

ya, well, try being a guy who has trained himself to eat 3 pounds of meat a day on top of protein powder on top of 200 grams of carbs from brown rice during times where he does remotely nothing phsysical except working out
then comes home on break and works 40 hours a week and still does workouts
thats going to produce a superhuman appatite.....apetite for destruction

My cheat yesterday was a turkey sandwcih. Just turkey and wheat bread..had to cuz i was on my 4 hour trip back home and there was nothing else

4 hot dogs with 1/2 pound of melted sharp cheddar cheese on white buns
1/2 gallon milk
one pepperidge farm chocolate cake
1/2 packet of girl guide chocolate/caramel covered pecans (turtles)
LOVED EVER BIT OF IT.

Now that i think about it, my cheat meal for this week was pathetic.
10 wings w/ Bleu Cheese makes a good pro/fat meal and i have used it before while cutting with no problems.
I guess the only bad thing was Fries, Reeses Cups and the ice cream. I will do better next week or the week after.***No source checks!!!***

i lllllllllooooooooovvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeee McGriddles from mcdonalds!!!!!!!!!!!! omg....I could eat them all day. pizza is def one of my weaknesses too. good thing that this weekend is an all out 72 hour cheat!!!!!! hooray for the holidays!

kinda had mine un intentionally last night as I was quite "under the influence...not alcohol". I made this concaction of peanut butter. resses peeces cereal honey nuches of oats some marshamllows grhamn crackers cholcate syrup and strawy berrgy gym in a medium sized bowl all mixed up in the microwave. Heaven in my mouth. Then I had about 6 more graham crackers with more jam(not sugar free =/) lmost an entire box of cereal peach rings jelly beans some crackers an orero or two all over season 5 of family guy. Lets just say I feel like utter shit and am going on another hour to make it a total of 3 on the treadmill.
