I think both Donald and Rosie are in the wrong.

It's just too bad the two girls where in the middle of it all. I think everyone deserves a second change, we are all humans that make mistakes. I really don't think it was that big of a deal though. They were just having a fun night out that was blown up.

That is true, but when your in a position of Miss USA, you need to realize that is such a large priveldge and do not mess it up. That'd be like Jay Cutler being Mr. Olympia and broadcasting him using all his GH and AAS, although we all know it goes on, it needs to stay behind closed doors.
