I smoke, i'd like to quit though. It's strange, I smoke 2 or three a day. I can go a couple days without one but everyone I know smokes and offers me them, and I don't turn them down. It sucks. My mom quit for 10 years then started again. I quit for a year then started again. WTF, does that gum help? BTW, Markus Ruhl smokes!

i used to be an every day dipper, now, an occasional cigar and that it, if i am drunk i may smoke a cigarette, but thats about it.

I dont smok anymore but I smoked about a pack and a half a day from the time I was 13-17. I hate nicotine because I love it so much. havent smoked in a while though.

I once dated a chick that was smokin' hot, but the primary reason I dropped her like a bad habit was because she smoked almost 2 packs/ed.

I dont understand how someone can preach heathy eating and safe aas use along with cardio, and the hundreds of supplements out there, when they smoke?? I also dont understand how the Government can let cigaretts be legal but make aas and other enhancing drugs illegal, how many people have died from steriods ? How many people have died from cigaretts? Not even close, the worst part is aas only can harm yourself, second hand smoke kills thousands. I was deployed to Iraq 2 times and lost some friends there and people wanna talk about the innocent people that die in Iraq? almost 3,000 in 4 years. 433,200 Deaths this year to Tobacco related causes!!!! So lite up that cigarette and tell me how stupid the war is because the only thing stupid is how nieve and blind you are!!! By the way I dont smoke.

Nope. I used to smoke, but it was so disgusting, and people stopped wanting to spend time with me.

Aswell, with all the money I saved by not smoking, I was able to do offord fun stuff.

I quit, and haven't had a smoke in 5 years if I remember correctly.

Ain't that the truth. Good point, but how many AR members with subpar spelling/grammar claim they're going to be Mr. Olympia in 2017?

His subpar spelling/grammar isn't as annoying as his increasingly unbelievable stories and unrealistic goals.

When he starts wanting and accepting real advice (without making excuses) and not just seeking attention, then he'll viewed in a more positive light. Case in point? Look at his traps thread in the member's pics section. He has yet to post any info about his workout routine, despite requests from a couple of competitive bb'ers who have offered their assistance to him.
