    south beach diet and clen?

a female friend of mine is going on the 'south beach diet' staring january to loose some quick pounds. i know that on the south beach diet your body burns fat and muscle alike for energy since little to no carbs are allowed. clen being slightly anabolic would slow down some of the muscle breakdown while improving the fat burning process. i want to know if it is a good idea to include clen in this diet, and would there be any reason not to?

I would agree with doc, I have used clen on a V low carb diet and results were excellent. Apart from the usual clen sides I dont see any added problems related to the diet.

for myself, i dont get very fatigued on atkins, so i cant answer, also i feel my body is more resitant to clen than most others so i dont get the side effects, shakes, or speed high that others get, so i am not a good person to ask

i skimmed them, my mom and my sister studied them like text books, altogether, we know a good deal of atkins, now south beach, i have an idea, but not the full grasp. atkins induction phase for two wks and than you can eat low glycemic carbs and you keep your fat levels lower than atkins

you can eat high fat food with atkins, but if you plan on living on bacon, it wont work very well

LMAO, when I did Atkins during first stage of weightloss I had loads of ppl saying "oh you can eat cream and sausages all day, cheese is good" ect ect.. I actually thought the point was to consume healthy pro/fat meals. No wonder so many ppl mess up and give the atkins a bad name.

I liked Atkins, but I was very careful on what I ate.

I still can't belive how much tuna I ate on that diet. Pretty much all I ate was tuna and chicken.

The Atkins diet made me feel sluggish for about two weeks after the two week period I started to have more energy. But low carben it while consuming clen man you should be meltin that fat away no problem.
