    OMG how do i FIX THIS!

    MY RIGHT middle a**ominal lobe has been spasming HARD f'n CORE it fuxing HURTS when it contracts lol i mean its like BLAM BLAM BALM BALM BALM BLAM BALM .... stops.. for a few min so i relax.. thenBLAM BLAM BALM BLAM ><
    it hurts! its uncomfortable and it SUCKS ><
    contracting doesnt help, relaxing doesnt help WTF ><

    Pinch your upper lip in the middle. Don't ask me how it works but alot of times it will stop cramps
