    he is a really nice guy, but I gotta say I am not impressed with the final outcome. He did not train his legs and his diet clearly sucked. I have been in his position and lost that weight and dieting and cardio sucked ass. I do not believe he dedicated himself enough.

    his poses look alot better shape. but he looks fat in a t shirt even moreso now.

    Def an improvement and hats off to him but 30 pounds in 12 weeks... you can do that at weight watchers... and yeh he talks too much

    Not impressed at all. He did a good job but I think he could have done a lot better. Hell, I lost 18kg (~40lbs) in the last three months without even dieting that hard.

    Yep. I think he could have lost more like 50lbs
