    lol, that was a default B Day but THANKS! Everyone send me presents.

    Enjoy the book, take what you can from it, the guy is far from right on all his points but has a awesome grasp on the whole concept of how to make the body grow and the intensity that is required. It's a good starting point but again take it for what it's worth, he was still writing to sell books and to market to the public so not everything you read will apply to a bodybuilder.
