Anybody ever had a glycolic acid peel done on them?

I have a few small scars on my face from acne in the past, nothing major, would just like clearer, smoother skin. I'm looking into having glycolic acid peels done, if anybody has had the procedure done, is it worth it? How often do you do it? Thanks

I had a friend who did it for the same reasons, I think it took him about 6 or 7 treatments. He was quite happy with the results, but it might vary for different people. A lot of places probably have free consultations.

Yes, I hear it's multiple treatments that need to be done. Also, I've heard you want somebody who really knows what they're doing, or it can **** your face up to where it looks sunburned and blistered. I'm going in for a consultation Tuesday, I think it's like $60 a session, but I want my skin looking fresh and smooth

Yeah, no doubt. You definately don't want to be the guinea pig of someone with little experience, not when it's the face we're talking about.
