What he is saying essentially is its fine to split those calories up into 5-6 meals instead of eating 5-6 full course meals. He could have been more clear about that
Steve really gets hung up with "calories" though.

i just drink a pint of corn oil when i wake up so i get my 3000 calories and i dont have to eat for the rest of the day.

good luck, he deletes anyones comments that show him up or prove him wrong...too bad for him there are more people leaving comments telling him he is an idiot than he has time to delete
