Rolex is such an over rated watch, they keep shitty time too, a casio keeps just as good of time as a Rolex does, Breitling is a kickass watch though if you can afford one. I have a Bulova, it was around $400, looks really sharp

well they all suck if your not moving enough to keep them wound..i left the breitling out for 2 days without wearing it and it had to be spun or moved again to get the internals moving again...which is fine by me cause i hate batteries

Nice looking watches. I had a fake Rolex, but it broke.

Now I just wear my Swiss army watch.

i had an o.m.e.ga. Speedmaster...it was beautiful. it broke 3 times and cost 450 bucks to fix, i sold it on ebay for 900 bucks because i couldnt deal anymore. it cost 1800. now i wear a 40 dollar fossil until i buy a Tag or nice swiss army this summer. my max is going to be 700 bucks....not dealing with a watch like that again.

Sure Patek Phillipe's are very nice Watches as well as Jager's, IWC's, Panerai's. Rolex are very popular and yes many people have them but they hold their value good just like Panerai's do. Breitlings don't hold value for shit but they are very nice. The only Breitling watch I would buy is the Bentley.

LOL cool, I love vintage watches, and they can be found at pretty good prices if you search for them.

How can you guys justify buying a watch that cost up to $10,000? Is it a status symbol?

Kind of like riding a Harley... If you have to ask, you would not understand.

That's true enough I use to speed money on rare firearms and family members could not understand why. I sold most of them to start a business and now I kind of think of things the way they did I think I have become "practical"

honestly i buy for what i think looks nice...i bought my mustang cobra becuase i love the car..i keep it really clean for myself. yea i go to car shows but i dont show my car i could careless. my reason for buying a nice fake is i think it looks just as good and i only spent pennies instead of thousands, and i dont care if a watch expert knows its fake i think it looks good.

I have a real Rolex GMT Master 2 and a O M E G A speedmaster moon and I love them both but I also can see the need to once and a while wear a knock off. Where did you find them so cheap?

IMO, Panerai makes the best watches for larger gentleman like ourselves. I own 2 of them, and they are just so stately and elegant with anything. 1 is a limited edition Daylight Luminor, the other is just a regular Luminor.

If you have large wrists and arms, a HUGE watch like a Panerai looks amazing.

Anyone considering an o.m.ega or rolex would be far better served to look at Panerai.

sounds like a nice watch, is it about the same price (on average) as rolex or o-m-e-g-a?
