I just wanted to thank everyone who's submitted answers. It's been very interesting and some answers are really challenging.

I've been getting some PM's and I'm responding as fast and as best as I can, so thanks for being patient. For those who have posted answers in this thread, but haven't PM'ed me your answers - don't worry. You should be getting a PM from me within the next few days.

Some people have indicated that I've been spot on with my replies to most of their answers, but I've had a couple of misses as well (especially on the fourth answer).
