    Salbutamol and sports?

    Recently a cyclist failed a doping test from having Salbutamol in his system. What benefit does Salbutamol have for an athlete? Salbutamol is an asthma and COPD drug. I assume it helps open up the lungs/provide more oxygen to the system?

    it's just a bronchodilator to help people with mucus filled lungs breath.
