    Bloated/Gas/Stomach Aches Everday???

    maybe 2 days a week i feel good....

    but other then that, usually after eating whatever kind of meal, whatever portion, my stomach gets bloated, and aches until i rip a few, or force a shit....but that will only make it feel a lil better...

    this is a constant thing, pisses me off, to the point where im like, damn, im hungry as hell, but i know if i eat im gonna feel like shit the rest of the day...but i gotta eat!! so i deal with it...what could be the cause of this???

    i been thinking of goin to get one of those horrific things they stick up ur ass and have that bag of water....u know...clean out ur insides, blockages n whatnot.

    i dont know what else to do, has anyone ever experienced this? or sumthing near ? has it ever effected ur goals in weight loss or gain?? it seems since this has started i have been gainin weight, maybe not pound for pound, but squishy ness or unable to gain muscle lean. dont know if it is relative to the stomach bloat, but i have counted my calories (including drinks) that have been below 2000 for 2 weeks to see if i was correct, and ya.....

    wtf????????

    i have about the same probly it sucks.i have never thought about that thing getting my stomach cleared out ill look into it.other then that i dont no

    damn...i talk to allotta people who say they are the same way, and i hear them, after eating, ill be leavin sumwhere n ill hear sumone go, awww man, my stomach is sooo full it hurts, happens all the time...and i wanna go and be like...cramps? ya? bout few hours?? ya???

    its the only thing i culd think of to help it.

    ehm.. more than likely its stuff you are eating that you are having issues digesting. could be dairy, could be wheat/gluten. you get all the gas and bloating cos its fermenting in your stomach as most likely don't have the required enzymes or such to digest it. worth getting it looked at at least.. there is no reason to feel like that all the time.

    if you can't be bothered seeing a doctor just yet... run a simple test on yourself.. eliminate dairy for a week and see how you feel.. if it makes no difference.. put it back in your diet.. and try eliminating wheat based stuff - bread, oats, pasta etc. Those are the most common allergies.

    could also just be IBS.. again .. simple as eliminating foods from your diet. dont' consider just putting up with it.. prolonging and ignoring symptoms can lead to worse problems.

    i USED TO GET BAD BLOATING AND CRAMPS NOW I HAVE 2 PRO + PRE BIOTIC DRINKS A DAY - 1 in AM and 1 pwo. Seems to have done the trick.

    Try buscopan that is also ment to work.
