in my opinion next to dorian(me being english of course) ronnie is f**kin amazin.

one thing iv noticed in ronnies dvds(anyone who owns them)...watch that gay lookin fella(with the goatee) who owns the gym ronnie trains at, physc him up by slappin the back of his neck...he looks so scared ronnie is gonna turn round and pull his head off.so funny...but i dont blame him for being a little nervous.lol

It does nothing for me. Maybe I've never been into power lifting or really trying to impress anyone with what i can lift. Or would i ever want to look like Ronnie.

I do agree. I think of the hot blond with the big fake cans on the elliptical for motivation. Because banging her is a lot more fun then squatting 800lbs.

wow...absolute machine the squats are rediculous....did anyone notice his range of motion on alot of lifts?? ddidnt seem as deep as i would think like the bench press he wasnt lockin out just staying in about 8-10 inches of movement and shoulder presses he was barely 90 degrees......

i have done this, especially for shoulder presses. feels much better, and my shoulders rarely give me any crap. same on bench press, i dont bring it down, i stop about 5 inches off my chest

^^They're a lot of guys that don't lock-out their pressing movements.. Or squats for that matter.

During contest prep i don't do lock-outs at the top for squats for example.. or deadlifts.

I hardly if ever lock it out, locking out only relaxes the muscle and i don't want that. I like to keep the muscle engaged the whole time and i have seen much better results in the last month or so.

i read in flex the reason ronnie doesnt lock out is...

    1.so the muscle never relaxes
    2.to save his joints

Wow he is a MONSTER I would love to be that big but I would hate to be that ugly! I wonder if he actually had a normal, non-neanderthal-like face before he got huge?

    ha ha thats so funny.
when he first qualified for olympia he looked kinda normal, but cutler is the same he used to be a good looking guy but now he has a freaky big chin.
ive heard that gh elongates bones so maybe its down to excessive use of that

You are 100% correct. Gh does cause bones to grow. Alot of pros experience growth of hands, feet and yes the head region as well.
