    Talking DIEING to get back on the sauce.

    Ugghhh I cant wait to start again lol. I hate the wait in between cycles im just itching to start jabbing again fack . Im gonna be running prop winny and a third compound which i havent yet decided on. Either deca , eq, masterone or tbol (suggestions? )

    Do you guys go through this too!? Like i feel like im missing something when im not on lol. I guess when people say once you do one cycle you dont go back its true lol.

    PS. my goals for that are just to put on some lean mass for summer. But do you think id be able to maybe drop a bf % or 2 if im eating clean? Take in mind i dont do cardio... just high intensity workouts. Im sittin at 12.5% right now.?????

    you could make SUBSTANTIAL improvements with that cycle if you do some cardio(in addition to your HIT) & tighten up that diet...for summer...I'd do the prop/masteron /winny.... you'll look awesome.

    How much cardio should I do? I dont wanna loose much weight and size thats why ive stayed away lol. Should I do it after the workout? Cuase i dont want it me to get too tired to the point my strength deminishes. Take in mind I cant run for shit lol.

    I hate to run so I use the treadmill with the incline high up and at a brisk walk just to get my heart rate around 130.Try to do cardio first thing in the morning, if you can't then I would do it after my workout.

    And I've finished my cycle about three weeks ago and I already wanna get back on but I don't wanna fack up my body so I know how you feel

    tren has some harsh sides for non -experienced users..

    10 incline 3.3 walk on the treadmill ---get your heart rate to about 65-70% of your max 4x a week for 40 mins on an empty stomach(am)....you will be amazed how well it works
