    Realistic strength gains while cycling....

Dont have any experience with this and was kind of curious what kind of strength gains others have had, I realized alot will depend on the person but what is common?

Will use my 3 favorite exercises...

    OFF------------ON
    Bench 1RM 225lbs 275lbs
    DL 1RM 315lbs 405lbs
    Squat 1RM 275lbs 365lbs

and then for giggles Incline DB Press 80x8 to 100x8?

So how realistic are those numbers as far as strength gains from something like Test and Dbol ? Just curious cause I see alot of focus on size gains but not enough on actual strength....

    Oops..didnt see cutting.

Cutting I'd say not realistic at all.

    Bulking, yes realistic.

You should be able to get the ON stats naturally.

not currently cutting, Im actually maintaing eating average macros for my size with slightly high protein, I was going to cut when I named my Journal but decided I'd rather slow down the heavy bulk I was doing and maintain what I have while trying to add slight LBM and strength, strength is my overall goal currently. Will pry do a slow bulk while cycling since Anadrol will add some appetite.

drol is notorious for decreasing appetite, not increasing.. although I guess certain compounds work differently for diff. ppl... good luck

Thus, it is clearly an effective agent for promoting weight gain, increasing appetite, gaining strength, and increasing Red Blood Cell count.

I appreciate your opinion on that but thats not what I was asking, I was asking If the goals posted were realistic for someone cycling.

I'm not a firm believer in hitting a natural plateau before usage, everyone has their own belief and can do what they feel is right but I'd say to the upwards of 80-90% of the people using on this board are not at their natural plateau in size or strength. I do however agree the AAS can be very beneficial as a crutch to get you to your goals If used safely and properly along with a solid diet and routine.

What are your stats (age, ht, weight), because like stated before, both your off maxes and on maxes are pretty low to start cycling, IMO.

I think those are realistic, I will give you my gains from my cycle that I just completed.

    Before After
    Bench 1rm 245 325
    Squat 1rm 315 425
    Dead 1rm 335 435
    weight 195 215

However I should point out that I started my cycle after getting into shape after a prolonged illness. My starting strength was nowhere near my natural maxes of the past before my illness.

No problem, I in-fact like the strength gains more than that in the mass gain. I could put on another 30 lbs and still look skinny so I focus on getting ripped out and strong. I was very happy with my strenght gains. Im as strong as I was when I was playing baseball in college and lifting naturally. (stupid Me would be a pro now if I juiced, LOL) Even though I was about 185 with similar strength. Im looking forward to my next cycle because I think I can get my bench to around 400, and my squat around 500. My dead lift is kinda subjective because I have been playing around with different stances and form because I think I want to get into powerlifting. So I havent done a deadlift workout the same since I started doing them.

Keep us posted on what you plan on doing and your gains.
