Ever have one of those days at the gym?

Today I went in met with a trainer as he measures my BF every 6-8 weeks. My BF went up .25% but that is due to the fact I put on 11lbs. Overall the numbers remained the same at 10.25% which is good since I am bulking up. Then afterwards I run into a friend whom I haven't seen since Thanksgiving and he immediately comments and notices I've gotten bigger am I'm thinking to myself that's the second compliment I got today. The best was yet too come. There is this petite blonde chick that I have seen around the gym and I have been checking her out when she's there. I'm walking back from the water fountain and we had eye contact and she gives me a real warm smile. I didn't put too much into just thought she was being nice. So I'm stacking the plates on the barbell and I noticed her in the corner with her girlfriend so I get set to do another set of shrugs and I as look up in the mirror I notice her coming my way. I start to think what are the odds? So I put my head down to focus before I start the set and then I feel someone tap me on the back and it's her. She asks me if I take my dog to this animal hospital, and says she works there. The funny thing is she even remembers my dog's name before I mention it. She then told me how I looked familiar, then she introduced herself and smiled then walked away. I rarely go to this animal hospital maybe once or twice a year. Everytime I went to the vet's I would check her out but she never even gave me a glance or even a smile and she never waited on me which shocked me how she remembered my dog's name. Anyways I think I will be working out in the afternoon on a regular basis.

Thanks bro, the odd thing is I never recognized her as the girl from the vet's office when I would see her at the gym till she mentioned it today.

bad Idea on going to the same gym in the afternoons. You will never get a good workout in. Go in earlier and work out, then go back in later when she is there, get a pump so you look good, then help her out with her routine, she will think your an awsome guy trying to help her out!

If I go into the city I usually work out at the Brickyard XSport. However, I will be at the one on Elston this Wednesday between 11-12 a.m. Otherwise I work out at the Arlington Heights South XSport.

Well, I was at the gym today and ran into her again. Life is grand, we talked for about 15 minutes it turns out she lives within 10 minutes from me. She is a few years younger but it's all good, we exchanged numbers and I am gonna see her this saturday

Yeah, I saw her again today and she came up to me when I was doing benchpress and started to work on the machine right by me. We talked for a few and then I told her I would talk to her after I was done working out.
