Good for vic, I watched it too. I thought he gave up a little conditioning to dexter and Phil, but he outmassed them more than enough to make up for it, plus its not like he was out of shape or anything LOL.

Not for the past month and a half. They were busy shooting road to the Arnold and preparing for the show. WE trained maybe twice in the past 6 weeks. Now that the show is over we will.

Vic definitely deserved it. Dexter, as much as i love his aesthetics, hasn't gotten much better over the last 3 years. It's the same dexter every show.
