I came out of that theatre with a full beard and a massive pump.
Any flick that has ripped guys with swords, administering pain to the bad guys, is mighty in my book. Go see this movie and you will be ready for the gym.

srsly, that movie gave me some motivation...I saw it with some broad and she practically wanted to get a train ran on her from all 300 guys lol! Though i'm sure they had a little help from the makeup department, though most of them were quite well built. No ronnie's or jay's though...

I think it's safe to say that every guy in that movie was on something...though i'm sure, like most people, they know nothing about steroids so it's probably a lot of dbol only and deca only cycles lol

not completely true. in a book at barnes n noble about the making and effects of the movie it stated that they were airbrushed to add to the definition of thier muscles.

great movie though! my wife was like "that movie makes me want to kick someone's ass!" wish i coulda saw it in Imax but none near me had it.

naw, it wasn't the naked man thing, you are making so much more base and are forgetting what these hardcore ripped guys are doing, f*cking kicking ass!, all these people on these forums with avatars of pics of their bods, we respect eachother and are proud of our accomplishments. Gerard Butler (Leonidas) trained his ass off for the film, and its awesome to see a hardcore guy kick the shit out of evildoers. something cool i just saw on history channel too was that the lines "our arrows will block out the sun, then we will fight in the shade" are actually recorded in history from back then. interesting.
