"Fizzy" drinks?
I'm always hearing "stay away from ALL fizzy drinks when cutting/dieting". Does this actually include the only "fizzy drink" I consume> Soda water?
I'm referring to the likes of Calistoga and Perrier. Can this stuff really interfere with your cutting?

Question is...are you prone to water retention??? Cuz I'm NOT!

No...Don't think I retain alot..I drink alot/piss alot. Is that the theory behind "fizzy' drinks...they are easily retained?
I assumed they were taboo because most fizzy drinks have calories or spooky sweeteners. Not sure, but I can't imagine soda water creating problems.

I did drink them but I have cut artificial sweeteners from diet. It has made a huge difference. I feel more energetic and happy and most importantly my stomach is no longer upset. I used to have regular bouts of cramp and bloating but now i do not and my toilet habits are more regular. My digestion is much better.
I love the taste of diet drinks but not the after effects.
I now have herbal teas sweetened with Stevia.
