Protein and/or creatine on off days?
I have heard somes BBs don't consume their normal 1-2 grams (per lb) of protein on off days and don't include creatine (on those days) with their suppliments either.
I guess the theory being...hell, I don't know.
How many in here adhere to this practice...or do you shoot for the same amounts (of both) everyday?
Just trying to get it right...thanks in advance for your input.

I'll say the old quote. "You grow out of the gym, not in the gym"
Sure, you aren't fueling activity but you want to still provide = calories to fuel growth. By dropping carbs a little and upping protein a little...

i lower carbs on non-workout days......the rest stays the same
