I sold my awesome truck that I had back in 2005 and used half of that money to purchase a Nissan Maxima. One of the smartest moves that I have ever made.

We tend to forget that a vehicle is nothing more than a method of transportation that enables us to get from point A to point B. But I do understand those that love cars and put their hearts and souls into them. Different strokes for different folks!

Next to my 1966 VW bug, my 1995 Geo Metro was my favorite ride. It got 56 mpg on the highway, 30-something around town. 3 cylinders. Reliable as hell -- had it 110,000 miles in 6 years, replaced a water pump, a battery, and 2 sets of tires, then some clod hit it on the freeway. Traded it in on a pickup because they didn't have any more Geos, am living happily ever after.

But ya, those Geo's, those are good cars . . . good on gas, good for the environment, which some folks don't care about . . .

Someone needs to change your name to Anabolic GEO....

I drive a 2006 F-350 King Ranch series diesel 4x4 and it gets around 10 miles to the gallon on the highway....
