    gonna lean out with this damm cast

    whats up bro's been doing some thinking since im gonna be in this f##kin cast i might as well lean out for the next 6-8 weeks. went to gym for the first with it on talk about feelin disgusted!so i thought about just runnin legs and cardio this will get me ready for a summer cycle what do u guys think

    Im assuming the cast is on your arm........ yep....hit up the legs & do cardio & get lean for now until you can lift again.
