accutane

my doctor prescribed me accutane yesterday. so i signed for all the papers and everything but my mom doesnt want me to take it( i can if i want to anyway because im 18) because the big packet i brought home that the doc gave me with all the side effects. And also i dont really have bad acne at all so she said why risk all those side effects for a lil bit of pimples. Are alot of the side effects it can cause common? because if i should be good to go on it im gonna do it anyway, just dont wanna mess my self up behind my moms back then when shes finds out shell be more mad. So any1 have experience with accutane?

I would take it if i could but im bipolar and they wont give it to me.Like u my acne isnt that bad but its always in my mind, and its a bother. Use it but be carefull, i got a ex who was on it and she went CRAZY come to find out she was bipolar to. But that wasnt known till much later. IGNORE everything I just said and take the accutane but be carefull with it becasue it can be dangerous
