Armwrestling is stupid
I arm wrestled some big hispanic dude at my work... I whooped him.. but after working out THEN armwrestling... I overdid my arm...
It hurts bad still 2 weeks later.....
Gah... this is lame.. it ruins any chance to have a great workout...
Im sure i hurt a tendon.. just gotta wait for it to heal i guess.. this is the lame.... too much 'reiatsu'....crackin my bones here.. jk

I had the exact same thing happen to me before. It didn't hurt till the next day and took almost 2 weeks before it felt better, man it sucked. I will never arm wrestle again. I couldn't even flex my bicep and the pain was in the elbow area but definitely a tendon. GL

Yes SAME!!
I arm wrestled a load of mates in the pub one night and my arm was ****ed for about two weeks afterwards.
Word of advice, DONT ARM WRESTLE if you're lifting iron kids.

Never Never Never armwrestle.
Its the dumbest thing ever.
I arm wrestled this 11 y.o. girl once. Except..she was horizontal...Pressing with her legs against a wall and using both her arms to push my one arm. I held her there for a good while, then my friend came by and pushed more...Fvcked my arm up pretty good.
Bah. Arm wrestling is worthless I hate it...never do it

Agree with the above. I've really hurt my arm twice now! Couldnt train for about 3 weeks and it still hurts now on some exercises about 1 year on.

my pops was a professional baseball player... minor leauges.. ****ed his arm up bad arm wrestling drunk at a bar... the type where both guys are evenly matched and arms are locked in a standstill for a while.. he was a shortstop and couldnt throw like he could before... his arm strength at the time was ranked higher than their major leauge starter....his shoulder injury from arm wrestling was part of the reason he never made it to the bigs..
