coming up on a year the 21st of this month, and man is it ever a blessing, former herion and **** guy. Man just looking at that on the screen makes me want to cry, but today is different i found a new way to live. And thank God for that, so many years wasted but so many gained it took every shot and blast to get me to this point. I am a free man today, now back down to earth.
Question: Juice does not hit the "pleasure zone" does it.

if i could get a 12 steper to PM me about that i would appreite it, or anyone for that matter.

Honestly Drinking scares the hell out of me. Ive got into two really shitty deals (one cost me $ leagally and almost lead to a felony)

My dad was an alcoholic and has recently thrown his life away due to crystal meth....so its in my blood.

I still go out but only like once every month and a half to two months and I try like hell not to drink to get drunk, Ill even eat a huge meal before I drink or wont start drinking till like 11 or so....

hard to do when all your friends consider themselves professional drinkers...

i have completely given it up for the last couple months

I had a lot of fun this year in school, but then had to face the fact that i let myself get to what looked like about 22-23 percent bodyfat.

So i decided I was going to have a dorian yates type unshakeable discapline and fortitude, break the world record for getting in shape fast and maintaining muscle mass. strong in the body, strong in the mind. I just cant seem to get a good girl at 22-23 percent bodyfat in this day and age, but thats not why i do what i do.

I have completely cut off alcohol, i eat 35 grams of carbs for breakfast on off days, nothing more after that...100 grams on lifting days, it doesnt make sense to go head and completely destroy what i worked so hard all week to achieve.

I like pot honestly....THE ONLY reason im not doing that now is because my caffeine intake is high, dont need to **** with blood pressure anymore than it is getting ****ed with by half a gram of caffeine.

i have managed to lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks, and intend to do the same over the next 6 weeks

I've drank about 3 times in the last 4 years. I have nothing against alcohol including the people who drink it, but I just can't see much good coming from it. Some turn to alcohol for the great escape. I, on the other hand, turn to other productive things such as working out and reading.

I drink socially on the weekends. And not every weekend. I don't drink to the point were i loose control or get in trouble. If you can do it responsibly i don't see the harm.

After years of alcohol abuse I can now say that I am completely sober. It took AA to help me get there. Living sober is just a better way to live for me. I'm happier now than I have been in a long time. Sure life still has it's stress, but it's easier to cope with a clear head.

Props to all the guys that controlled the addiction. I personally drink maybe once a weekend, and it has never been a problem. Bodybuilding is slowly completely consuming me, and soon enough I'll probably quit (I'm natural, obviously wouldn't if I used AAS). As of now, I enjoy responsibly (usually) drinking with the buddies and the hunnies on the weekend. Cheers!

I enjoy a nice glass of wine about once a week, but that's it. Nothing hard, and no beer.
