Anyone know any other websites that a woman's section?
It is taking way to long to get into the womans only forum and i am already 8 days into my cycle and want advice from "females". I would rather sign up on another site as i am having asbsolutely no luck here.

I am trying to gain lean mass and get rid of some body fat. My diet for the most part looks like this:
Meal 1:
1/2 cup oatmeal
shake 2 scoops whey protein (I use Irontek Micellar protein for all shakes)
1 tbsp of natural pb
Meal 2: (pre workout)
Shake 2 scoops whey, 5g creatine, serv of glutamine
Slow digesting carb (either add oats to shake or sweet potato etc)
Meal 3: (post workout)
Shake 2 scoops, creatine, glutamine
fast digesting carb.... usually half a bagel
Meal 4:
4-6 oz of chicken
1/2 avocado
1/2 sweet potato
Meal 5:
4 oz ground buff or chix
spinach
Meal 6:
shake 2 scoops whey
1 tbsp flax oil
I am very good with eating healthy its the portions I dont have down to a science. I just want to make sure I am not eating too less or much of something!
I am 24, 5'4, 121 lbs., and 16% body fat. Any help on this would be appreciated! As for the womens forums, I give up! This is supposed to be a site to learn and how are people supposed to do that if no one will allow you to.

well plug those #'s into the harris benedict formula (google that) and multiply that # by your activity level. That will be the cals to maintain your weight. Lower by 3-500 and keep cardio constant. Slowly lower cals when you plateau.
This should help you with what size portions you should be eating.

Usually people get thier diet straight 100% before even thinking about using steroids. But your already ON and asking questions about your DIET still. Do you see the incongruency?
That right there is advice a male OR female should have given you a while ago.
