Benadryl and Acne...It's worked for me!!!

I have had back acne...acne on my neck hair line....behind the ears...on stomach...chest....shoulders...and arms. I have taken 10Grams of B5 daily, and it mildly worked, but for the past week I have taken Alavert and Benadryl for some poison ivy i got, and all of my acne is GONE. I am thinking about taking Benadryl every other day or every three days...i just take 2 before bedtime and it knocks me right out and helps me sleep. I am not sure if it is bad for you, but i don't think i would be. It's not like I am taking it daily and in MEGA doses.

It's funny because I talk to a BB Judge that is on my Myspace and he said the reason i break out from gear is because i am allergic to the gear. I am not saying he is totally right. He said this a couple of months ago before i took Benadryl. Since i have taken it for my poison ivy....it has ALL cleared up, and it's only been 1 1/2 weeks. I am not saying that it is a cure or whatever, but i feel SO much better taking my shirt off outside and in the locker room.

Anyone have any input on this? It would be great.... And don't knock it until you have tried it!!!

I think he is...My sister is into the medical field as well and she just told me to watch taking to much of it. I told her i wasn't on anything at the time..."right now". When i get back on...cough cough...next week...lol. I will take it every three days, and up it when need be.
