I got the email today. If I go I ain't going to wear underwear. My quads and ass are too big for that. Maybe a pair of gym shorts.

Shit. This weekend I saw a dude who was about 6'3" and his quads and ass were gimonous. The guy doesn't compete and is walking around with a national level legs.

By the way. If you want bigger legs and ass do lots of heavy leg press and squats!

im just speaking from my experience (im 33) i didnt say it couldnt be done i just said it gets harder.....and i dont look as good as u but maybee by the time i hit 38.....hmmmm.....maybee!

Happy Birthday....Miami should be fun. I stayed in Fortlauderdale for a week about a month ago and took a night trip to Miami w/ my girl. It definatley looked like the kinda place a bachelor guy would wanna live (I told my girl I'm moving there If we ever split). Miami's night time culture was much much different from Delawares.

In Delaware, particularly in Newark where U of D is there is a bunch of sport bars and bars with live bands every day of the week. In Miami I couldnt find one bar, I found all these Lounge type places that were defenitaley bars but looked like you had to be a "baller" to walk in. I'd defenitaley wanna know a local If I was down there again.

No surf on Sunday makes those places look horrible. There are a ton of hot girls, the music is better but most guys are like carlos

Hey man,

I turn 30 this year as well. I look and feel as if I'm still in my younger 20's, so that's what matters to me most at the end of the day. I guess that I'm still a kid at heart, although most would say that I'm a 40 year old in a 21 year old body.

Now that you're about to be 30, does life and your vision for the future change at all? I'm interested in hearing what you have to say about this.
