i'm with ya, and then when you ban them, they come back again and post the same thread, but change the age, like we're too stupid to notice, lol

Your only 19 and never cycled before?! I'm never listening to you again! Hey, I'm only 26, but if you got the knowledge, send it my way, I don't care how old anyone is. Too many people take all of this stuff way to lightly. It's cool to see someone like you waiting until your body is completely ready for any gear before you start.

thanks bro, yeah, i would love to cycle right now, but i'm gonna wait till i'm 21-22, i'm gonna try to get to 210-225 at around 8%bf before i start, i figure that's as close to my natural potential or above it so it's a good point to shoot for

I hate these stupid lumps you get occasionally at injection sites..... I try to get my wife to kinda rub and massage the spot, but it creeps her out.... so I get to look weird rubbing my delts or butt on my own

why not just shoot a little deeper, and hold the needle in for 10-15 seconds after you are through injecting, this give the oil a chance to spread out

Well, on my delts, it is in as deep as it will go, after I aspirate , I inject slowly, and I do keep it in for about 10 sec. it doesn't always happen, matter of fact, this is only the second time. Now that I think about it, I held it in longer than usual today..... hmmm, its alright though, thursday I will try to stretch out the skin a little better during injection

Thats a good question, but I have never used injectable b-12, I take around 2000mcg a day tablet form, and it may help, because the last time I got a lump it was gone within 2 days, maybe help from b-12, maybe not....

I meant to ask you how you were able to get your custom title under your name without the required 3000 posts. I saw that Inky had it too, but I thought that was from the thread that Shifty started about huge transformations for members here, you know, inspirational ones, were you one of them?

so i would drop the tablet form and get some injectable b12, it's very cheap and helps with the pain some people experience from injecting test, especially prop or winny

also, injectable b12's absortion rate is 99%
