    hmm yeah you do look like you are build small. I think it would take you a lot more to build musle than it would take me. but overall you are not that out of shape so it would be much easier for you to gain muscle than some other skinny guys who are nothing but bones.

    I've been training for almost 3 yeas i i don't think i look better. Im a skinny twig... gaining muscle is difficult for me.
