    they both do the same thing basically though, increase in metabolism and possible slight increase in body temperature. clen is said to have mild anticatabolic effects but they arent noted until around 6 straight weeks of use. some people also report increases in muscle hardness and strength on clen. i found i got huge pumps out of it.
