Reed any tips for chest growth? I have slightly haggard rotators so that holds me back a bit, they're getting better now though. right now I usually do this.
Incline BB press 3 sets
Either Incline DB press or Machine press 2/3 sets
Incline DB flye 2/3 sets
Cable crossovers 2 sets
I know it's almost all incline, but I have saggy tits and really trying to raise my chest. I'm willing to change it up though, I'm more of an HIT kinda guy so I don't do too many sets
