    Reed any tips for chest growth? I have slightly haggard rotators so that holds me back a bit, they're getting better now though. right now I usually do this.

    Incline BB press 3 sets
    Either Incline DB press or Machine press 2/3 sets
    Incline DB flye 2/3 sets
    Cable crossovers 2 sets


    I know it's almost all incline, but I have saggy tits and really trying to raise my chest. I'm willing to change it up though, I'm more of an HIT kinda guy so I don't do too many sets

    I'm weak as shit at Incline barbell too, don't know why. I can press more weight with dumbells (combined weight of course) than with a bar. WTF?

    exaggerated negatives on the way down, full form, meaning touch your chest w/ the bar on incline and dump that 2nd exercise and replace it with smith machine declines to give that shit a lift son. Declines are showing to do big things for the chest

    yeah? I used to do declines in the beginning but scrapped them as I figured they weren't useful and if anything would emphasize my bitch tits. I'll give it a whirl. Just one notch down from flat though right?

    a bit more than that. focus on squeezing you chest downward or upwards since your head is going towards the ground, and shoulder width grip
