i decided that instead of going to the gym to run on the tread meal that I would go run stairs at the college football stadium. Man it kicked my a$$ so bad!

this tren is kicking my ass. Horrible sweating, horrible anxiety, tired all day, cant sleep at night, but man I am getting strong. Did 10 reps of 315 on flat bench! Blew my mind.

there is this black guy at my gym, 26 years old about 5'10", 230lbs, low body fat, 20in arms, he puts up 405 for 10 reps on flat bench with no spotter, claims he has never juiced. I have a hard time believing him.

You know the Philadelphia Museum stairs in Rocky? My crew coach thought it was great fun to make us run those for an hour. If anybody was going slow he would add 15 min.

Ever see in the movie beatlejuice when the people try to leave there house and they can't? If they leave they fall off the stairs into a sandy desert with sandworms that eat them. That's how I felt yesterday. My front steps were a 10 foot tall ice ramp that I had no way of getting down. It snowed then I didn't shovel it, then it snowed again, then it rained, then it froze. I was trapped in my house.

he threw a beer glass at this old lady that was working at the ski lodge i was staying at. I was staying up there for free cause my friend works there and hooked it up! She was a really sweet lady she cooked me dinner a couple times i while i was up there. He was pissed at her cause she told him he couldn't bring his drink outside with him. He called her a bitch. He was starting shit all over the place, but when he threw his beer glass at her that was kinda the final straw.

I'm in a splint. I didn't break a finger. I broke the bottom of the bone coming off of my middle finger. Down near the wrist. I did break his face though. I broke three of his teeth and his jaw! Thank goodness it happened in another state and can't come back to haunt me!
