Shifty, you are a wise man regarding gear. I am currently on a Dbol (kicker) and Test E cycle. After this I am looking to do an other cycle (a few months after) and I want something to harden me up. Do you have any suggestions?

Well of course a test base.. but how about a dht?
Test, Tren and either mast or winny is always a great combo!
(test, tren and winny is going to be my next cycle when i finally get round to starting it!)
Ive also known a few guys to harden up on eq.. but then also heard of other guys saying it had the opposite effect on them. But thats something to look in2. (and i assume more likely diet related)

Thanks for the info, I was looking at Test, tren and Winny. At one time I was also looking into eq but its a bit over priced. I am not to worried about my diet, I can maintain a good one but I am currently on my 1st cycle and just trying to get some mass then just harden up at a later date.
Believe it or not 18g didn't hurt that bad. I guess I am too much of a bad ass...LOL

Yeah eq is over priced.. especially when a lot guys say its useless under 600mg per week. (basing on what others have said)
One i have loved in the past is npp - all the benefits of deca without so much bloat (in my experience anyway) Found that gave some nice clean gains.
Obviously stepping up to tren is personal choice and one that shouldnt be rushed.

rana, you could give npp a try. its a nor group as well and isnt as androgenic as tren .

Well was going to start it back in Jan, but had to wait to see if i needed to go into hospital for an opp.. hopefully looking like i wont though!
And also working on general over all fitness, as do all this for my self and to be fit rather than aiming for anything above and beyond.
Yeah am going to keep a detailed log for this one.. infact, im ganna go as far as being sad enough to plot my results of size and max weights on a graph! (for personal use lol)
yeah i love npp.. my fav compound to date.

I did about almost a year and a half before starting. I just wanted to make sure and not screw up and jump into it. I have good natural size but I just wanted a bit more. I have always want to use gear but NOT the wrong way. I am so glad to get on this site, Hell 2 years ago I never knew what PCT was or even heard about it.
My big thing was to get as much info that I could that would work for my age, experience, and goals. After that I asked for advice, there is so much knowledge here it's crazy, and then I finally stated what I wanted. I figure I just started this cycle and I need to do some research for my next one.

Reminds me of my grandfather.. Ex navy, fisherman, worked on lifeboats, carpenter, builder.. he used to do about a 3mile run followed by 20min swimming in the sea (north sea so cold and merky!) every single day till he was late 60's.
