    cheat days make me fat =(

    the scale made me sad today...first day i cheated on my diet so i wouldnt go crazy yesterday...been almost 2 months on lean protein low complex carbs....i ate everything on the menu at applebees yesterday....it was great, but today i am 5 lbs fatter and lookin all bloated and puffed up like a marshmallow in the microwave....on top of it i lifted like crap today....anybody else experience cheat day woes?

    it will subside, just take it easy next time on your cheat day

    1. its all in your head
    2. if anything, as long as its kept reasonable, it kicks up fatloss
    3. you should be strong as an ox the day after/of a cheat

    Who gives a shit about what the scale says. A 5-7lb "weight gain" after a cheat meal is normal and will subside within 1-2 days depending on your diet/training.

    ya, its probably ****en water.........you are so goddamn depleted, that when your body finally gets some energy, to the muscles it goes....and for every so much of muscle glycogen that gets stored, water gets stored also, probably where the weight is coming from, juset water dude.
