    Happy With cycle

    Just about to finish my cycle. Happy wit the results. Started out @ 185lbs @ 16% bodyfat. Now with proper diet and cardio and training ended with results @ 180lbs @ 3.27%bodyfat using the average of the two methods. Just got calipered 2 days ago. Hopefully I can maintain this while coming off the cycle

    so according to calculations u lost 24lbs of fat and gained 19 lbs of muscle? that sounds awesome but i need to see some pics lol
