    Jogging?

I'm interested in jogging 1-2 miles each day. I want to get more cut than I currently am and I'm curious if jogging vs. low intensity cardio will kill my muscle. I have been powerlifting for about 3 months now. I am currently on the westside training program.
I weigh 235lbs as of this morning and will be hitting a cutting cycle in october. Let me know and thanks for any replies!

ya, I think I'll do a sprint for 1-2 miles everyday.
weight doesn't matter...just want to keep my lifts as strong as they are now and be lean as hell!
    Thanks for the input!

If you're going to be running I'd throw in some extra BCAA's and up your protien a bit to help prevent any catabolism.

    ok...that sounds good.

lol, first day I tried jogging I somehow stretched my foot and could barely walk. When it's 100% recovered I'll actually start
