    Fight at gym...

I had an embarassing moment last night that I thought I would share with you guys. I was nearing the end of my workout and doing one last somewhat heavy set of V-Bar Tricep Pressdowns on this odd machine that forces you in a tight space to do it with a pad against your back (some weird archaic machine here at this Gold's in Texas)... ANYWAY, I finish the set and bend down to drop the weight to burnout - I stand back up and I hit the bar with my head as hard as I think I could've. It damn near knocks me out cause it's an over-sized V-bar. Felt like a hammer hitting me in the head! I finish out one more set even thought it hurts like a bitch. These guys are looking at me like I'm crazy, so I go to the bathroom and there's blood all down my face and on my shirt. It split me open on the line of my eyebrow!

I think it's funny because I've been doing kickboxing for a little while now, bounced at clubs for over 2 years, and been in my share of fights. Nobody has EVER made me bleed, but I get in a fight with this gatdamned bar and lose

i have got plenty of beatings from multiple bars and machines in the gym. my best is probably the time i was deadlifting. i was about 22 years old and iwas trying to max at about 550lbs, i got myself all crazy psyched to pull because it was a max attmept for me at the time, well i pulled the weight, and to my suprise the weight flew off the ground FAST so fast that my feet came off the ground slightly i started to step backwards because of the momentum, than i lost my ballance,, droped the weight from waist level(huge crashing noise) and finaly fell flat on the ground knocking over a decline bench. the whole gym stoped and stared at me, so i did the only thing i could added 25lbs more to the bar and pulled the weight to completion to redeem myself, and than i went to the locker room to wince in pain out of the public eye

I remember when I was doing squats and I was talking with my buddy as I was messing with the weights and a 45 drops right onto my right foot and I am just stunned for a second. It took me like 1 seconds to feel any pain and I limped around the gym... Needless to say my foot wasn't itself for about 2 weeks

Damn that's some pretty good weight, I'd say adding 50lbs for another good set is definitely a good form or redemption

we were squating down in my basment. when one of my buddys was doing arms he set the bar with about 135 pounds on the front of the bench, were you put your heals to do your leg curls. just after I lifted the weight off of the other end to start some squats(225lbs). the bench shoved me down and shot up into the air ducting making the most hurendus bang ever all while I was freaked out holding on to all that weight trying to figur out what just happen( i was facing away and couldnt turn to look because of how small the room is. I thought the house collapesed on us. ha ha

I was sitting on a bench with a pair of dumbbells, 100 lbs each. One resting on each leg. I moved a hand and one dumbbell fell against the other and broke a fingertip, it was all purple for a couple weeks. Hurt like a bitch too. I pinched my dick between a couple dumbbells doing lateral raises one time. (yes I had clothes on.) It sure did hurt, but it was better by the end of my workout. I definitely won't make that mistake again.

This leads me to believe you severed your big toe, had it surgically re-attached, then severed it again? LOL

Damn I told myself to not forget to put the word nail in there. But yeah I have lost the big to nail on both feet. Once from dropping the 25lb plate on it, and another time working out in sandles and I dont remember the lift but my friend dropped an 80lb dumbell on the ground and it rolled right onto my toe.
