wen i was younger i spent tons of money on systems now i just stick with the stock systems (they have come A LONG WAY) just not worth losing the steering wheel controls and all the hassles of amp connections that get lose and burnt out speakers , etc....man i must be getting old

I miss my system from my old civic:
-Pioneer Premier XM satellite deck
-Rockford Fosgate power cap hidden inside the custom box in the back
-1 set of MB Quart Q series components 5 1/4" w/1 1/2" tweeters in the front doors
-A custom built box built into the entire rear hatch with another set of Q-series components on the top, a pair of 12" Alpine Type R's in the back and 2 alpine amps built into the box hidden behind the rear seat(forget the power but one was a 4 channel the other a mono).
That system was crystal clear and pounded like hell. I ended up being foolish enough to accept $1000 for the car and system as a trade in at the dealership for my new car. I wish I would have ripped the system out or at least the amps.
For me it's just a stock G6 system. Maybe i'll get something again later but nothing custom built due to the lack of practicality.
