Good post! Lots of good info here. Praise AR and praise Mr. Roberts for his wonderful book! Everything seems to be flowing well, despite a few conflicting posts and threads. That's what makes using IMO"s all the more useful. Everyone is different and has certain opinions/suggestions of whats worked for them. Let us also not forget that there are a few individuals coming over from different boards, and those coming in that already have a vast and broad knowledge about certain topics discussed here. Granted it takes time and posts to actually spot these peeps, but with good feedback and participation they should fit right in.

"our site" can be referred to the collective thoughts of all of the members and the things we all contribute to this board. In that way it IS our site. Merc is just making a point about that, it's not a power trip or anything. All the more power to anyone thats working hard to make this site a better place.
