    what state is tel aviv in?

    Im confused here Israel is the country. Tel aviv is the city I believe so is the state Tel aviv too? Help! Im serious

    No, but if it make you feel better u can ask the clerk. Just tell them you are trying to send some money to your sister overseas etc.

    Cool thanks. guess i got busted here. lol. Its a rediculous rate exchange though. Like 4x what your sending. Hopefully my "sister" doesnt want it converted
